What I look at
When someone comes to me with a job question, I look at what is genuinely in motion around the situation. Is there something moving in your favour. Is there an obstruction, and where does it sit. Is the role in question the right fit for where your energy actually belongs. Is there something better moving in a direction you have not yet looked. I look at timing when it is clear to me, and I say when it is not.
I have carried out thousands of private career readings since 1975. The job question is almost never just about this one job. It is usually part of a longer pattern: what belongs to you, what you keep almost-reaching, and what is genuinely in your path. A written reading goes further down than a simple yes or no.
