Terms of Service

Last updated: October 21, 2026

These terms apply when you use davidthemystic.ca or order a service listed on the site.

The service

David provides private written readings and spiritual or ritual commissions as described on the relevant service page. Readings are interpretive. Spiritual work does not promise a fixed outcome or control another person's choices.

Ordering and payment

The service, price, currency, and delivery information shown when you order are the terms for that order. Payment is processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. You must provide an accurate email address and enough relevant information for David to prepare the work.

Delivery

Delivery timing is stated with each service.

Refunds, review and outcomes

David does not offer refunds for readings or commissions. Payment covers his time spent preparing the work and its written report, not a particular outside result. If something in a reading is unclear, contact David and he will review it at no extra charge. No outcome is guaranteed. This policy does not limit rights under applicable consumer law.

Responsible use

You remain responsible for your decisions and actions. Do not use a reading or spiritual service as a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice.
