Most people who come to me with this question have already made the pros and cons list. They are not looking for more analysis. They want a sense of whether the pull they feel toward a new place is pointing at something real, or whether it is flight from something that will follow them there.
What I look at in a relocation reading
I look at where your energy is genuinely pointing. Not the most logical choice, not the safest one, but the one that has the most life in it for the person you actually are right now. I look at what you would be moving toward, whether the opportunity in the new place is real or wishful, and what you would be leaving behind and what that costs. I look at timing, when it is clear to me, and I say when it is not.
I have done this work since 1975. Relocation readings are among the more interesting ones I carry out because they tend to surface something about where a person is in their life more broadly. The city question is usually a life question in disguise.
