The twin flame concept describes a particular kind of connection: intense, difficult to explain, often disruptive, and carrying a quality of recognition that other relationships do not have. I look at the actual connection between two people, not the framework they are using to describe it. Whether the intensity is mutual. Whether the disruption it brings is productive or damaging. Whether what is between them has the quality of a genuine soul-level meeting, or whether it is a powerful but more ordinary attachment that the twin flame framing has made harder to see clearly.
I am honest about this: not every powerful connection is a twin flame connection, and the label can sometimes make it harder for a person to assess what is actually in front of them. I report what I find. If the connection has the quality people mean when they use this word, I will tell you. If it does not, I will tell you that too.
