Grief does not move in a straight line. A person can be functioning one day and unable to carry an ordinary task the next. The loss may be a death, the end of a relationship, a home, a role, or a future that did not happen. Whatever the form, there is often a need to speak about what has changed without being hurried toward a lesson.
What a reading can offer
I look at what you are carrying and the point in the grief where you seem to be standing. I look at what has not been said, what is asking to be acknowledged, and what kind of care may help you move through the next part. I do not make promises about the dead or claim that grief has a timetable.
A reading is not therapy, bereavement counselling, or crisis support. If grief is making it difficult to stay safe or function, contact a qualified mental health professional, a grief service, or local emergency support. You do not need to wait until it becomes unbearable to ask for care.
What you receive
A written report prepared privately and sent to your inbox within 2 to 3 days. It gives you a quiet account of what I find, with room for the fact that some things cannot be made certain or neat.
How to book
Book a private reading below. Write with your date of birth, the nature of the loss, and what you most need to understand. Share only what you feel safe putting in writing. I will work privately and send your report.
