Private Career Crossroads Reading

Career questions are rarely only about work. They involve identity, timing, obligation, and fear.

Who This Is For

People considering a job, exit, move, promotion, business decision, or vocational change.

Clarify a career decision privately.

Working Distinctions

Best forChoosing between paths, reading a job opportunity, or understanding repeated obstruction.
Not forFinancial guarantees, investment advice, or replacing professional counsel.
What to sendCurrent role, offer or option, timeline, and the decision you face.
Report focusWhere the movement is, where the blockage sits, and what path has weight behind it.

What I read

I look at the current structure around your work, the people or institutions involved, and whether the path you are considering has life in it.

When the answer is not yes or no

Often the reading shows that a job is possible but not right, or that a delay is useful. That is more valuable than a shallow prediction.

Money pressure

If money pressure is driving the question, say so. It changes the reading because fear can make a poor path look urgent.
