A repeating pattern can feel like fate when it may be a lesson looking for a different response. The written format gives the question enough room to be handled without performance, interruption, or public explanation.
What I would look for
I would look for where the same role is being entered through different people or settings, then test that against timing, ordinary facts, and the decision that is actually in front of you.
How to ask it in writing
Send the repeated situations, what they have in common, and what you usually do next. Keep the request plain. The work is cleaner when the facts are separated from fear, hope, and interpretation.
What I would not claim
The report will not call repetition destiny when behavior can still change. A useful report gives you a readable pattern and a next step, not a theatrical certainty claim.
